Representatives from Mexico, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic participated in this competition, which showcased the prestige of Kurash on the American continent.

At the opening of the competition, President of the Mexican Kurash Federation, Juan Cruz, welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of international cooperation and sports diplomacy. Speaking on behalf of the International Kurash Association and the Pan-American Kurash Union, Jaime Casanova Martinez noted that competitions like this ensure the systematic development of Kurash in the region.

The competition were held at a high organizational level, with the host team leading the overall team standings. As part of the event, diplomas for the relevant levels were awarded to a number of athletes who successfully passed the technical examination.

Following the results of the tournament, the composition of the Mexican national team was formed. This team will participate in the Pan-American Championship, which will be held in July of this year in the Dominican Republic, and will compete for qualification spots for the World Series Pro (WSP).
