The International Kurash Association is organizing two major international competitions in May 2026.
On May 22–23, an international tournament for seniors, juniors, and cadets will take place in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. This competition is significant as it is the first time such an event is being held in Bangladesh, and representatives from all IKA member countries are given the opportunity to participate. The registration process is carried out through the “IKA Registration system – www.registration.kurash.org.” The final deadline is May 10.
Furthermore, the Asian Senior Cup competitions will be held on May 22–25 in the homeland of Kurash, Uzbekistan. The city of Nukus will host this prestigious event, which has a total prize fund of 21,000 US dollars. The competitions will be held in 9 weight categories for both men and women, as well as a team event. National federations that are members of the KCA (Kurash Confederation of Asia) are eligible to participate. The final deadline for registration is May 5. Applications are accepted via the email address ukf.kurash@gmail.com.
The International Kurash Association invites all national federations and athletes to actively participate in these competitions.
