The Asian Kurash Championship among seniors, cadets and juniors will be held in Cheongju, Republic of Korea, from July 30 to August 5 of this year. Registration of athletes wishing to participate in this prestigious continental championship will be carried out through the “IKA Registration System”.
Through this system, national federations that are members of the KCA can register all their participants using their assigned logins and passwords.
This year, the registration process has been further simplified, allowing athletes in the senior, cadet and junior categories to register through a single common link. Previously, this process was carried out through separate links for different age and weight categories, but now it will be carried out through a single system.
Taking into account visa requirements for entry into the Republic of Korea, the registration deadline is set for June 1.
Please note that this is a RANKING EVENT for the WSP in all weight Categories as well as the Ranking System for the Islamic Games 2025.
It is worth noting that extensive preparatory work has begun to organize and hold the Asian Championships at a high level. The championship will also host the Congress and the Directing Committee meeting of the Asian Kurash Confederation, as well as international seminars and exams for Kurash coaches and referees. The Asian Championship is expected to be not only a sports competition, but also an important event aimed at popularizing and developing Kurash across the continent.
