According to the IKA calendar, the Asian Kurash Championship among seniors, cadets and juniors will be held from July 30 to August 5 of this year.
This competition is of particular importance as it is the first time that it is being organised jointly in the senior, cadet and junior categories. The best athletes in Asia will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in this prestigious tournament.
This prestigious competition is an important step not only for the development of Kurash, but also for strengthening friendship and sports cooperation between Asian countries.
Within the framework of the championship, it is planned to organise a meeting of the Directing Committee and Congress of the Asian Kurash Confederation, seminars and exams for Kurash referees and coaches.
Today, the logo of the championship has been officially approved. The logo is in a minimalist style and includes the national symbols of Korea, the Taeguk sign, and the blue, green and red colors of Kurash. In the center, two Kurash athletes are shown performing a usul technique.
In addition, the notable buildings of Korea are included in the logo in monodesign.
