On 31 March 2026 at 14:00 (CEST), the next international webinar for specialists in the field of anti-doping will take place. It is dedicated to the topic “Ask the Expert: TUEs” and constitutes the third online knowledge-exchange meeting of 2026.
During the webinar, International Testing Agency (ITA) Scientific and Medical Manager Pedro Gonçalves will participate and provide detailed information on TUEs — Therapeutic Use Exemptions, which allow the use of medications for therapeutic purposes.
During the online meeting, specialists will provide explanations regarding the practical aspects of this system, the procedure for its application, as well as issues that are important for athletes and sports organisations. Participants will also have the opportunity to receive direct answers from the expert to the questions that interest them.
Participants are required to register and submit their questions by 16 March via the following link. During the event, the main portion of the submitted questions will be discussed, and a live question-and-answer session will also be held at the end.This seminar is open to ALL IKA Members.
In accordance with tradition, the webinar will be conducted in English, and simultaneous interpretation will also be provided for participants in Arabic, French, Russian, and Spanish.
