Today, the IKA Technical Director conducted an official visit to the Kurash competition venue for the upcoming Asian Games, held at the Aichi Prefectural Martial Arts Hall. This venue is set to host three martial arts disciplines: Wushu, Jujitsu, and Kurash.
As part of the inspection, Mr. Kapoor thoroughly reviewed key operational areas, including the main competition hall, warm-up area, changing rooms, doping control station, media and mixed zone, athletes’ standby area, referee room, Field of Play (FOP), referee briefing room, visual control station, medical rooms, and all other related facilities.
The visit focused on ensuring the venue meets all necessary technical and organizational standards for the successful execution of the Games.
Tomorrow marks the final day of the site visit, during which one-on-one meetings are scheduled with various committees to discuss preparations and finalize pending matters.
