The official days of the Kurash World Championship among Cadets, Juniors and Veterans have begun today.
Starting today, all participants and officials arrive in the capital of Mongolia.
Last night, Vice–President of the International Kurash Association Ziyoviddin Khodjiniyazov, IKA Secretary General Mohammad Reza Nassiri, IKA headquarters staff, technical delegates and referees arrived in Ulaanbaatar.
They were met by Ganbaatar Begz, President of the Kurash Federation of Mongolia, Mansur Mirzaev, head of the IKA Administration, and other officials.
According to the program for today, a coordination meeting is planned for the technical delegates of the Championship, the Sports Commission, the referees, the seminar experts, members of the organizing committee and officials.
During the day, IKA President Haider Farman, Vice Presidents and members of the IKA Executive Committee are expected to arrive Mongolia.
Mongolia is considered one of the countries with a very cold climate. These days it is -20 degrees below zero in Ulaanbaatar. Nevertheless, the atmosphere of the two largest Kurash World Championships creates a positive mood.
