There are only a few days left until the most important event of the year in Kurash – the IX World Junior, Cadets and III Veterans Championship.
The International Kurash Association has begun serious preparations for the organization and holding of this prestigious championship.
Registration is now complete. More than 400 participants from more than 30 countries have been registered.
December 2 is the official start day of the championship. According to the Regulations on the competition, athletes and their coaches will be staying at the Flowers Hotel in Ulaanbaatar. This hotel is located next to the “Mongol Wrestling Palace”, where the competitions will be held.
In addition, referee and coaching and Antidoping seminars, as well as IKA exams, are planned to be held in this sports complex and Hotel meeting rooms.
Currently, representatives of the International Kurash Association working group are working in Ulaanbaatar together with representatives of the Mongolian Kurash Federation.
We ask all national federations to enter the flight details of their participants in the “Flights” section of the “IKA Registration System” as soon as possible.
This will make the work of the Organizing Committee easier and will also prevent your team from spending too much time in Ulaanbaatar.
