We reported that the next IKA Congress will be held within the framework of the World Kurash Championship, which is scheduled to be organized in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on December 2-8.
About 20 significant topics are planned to be discussed and relevant decisions will be adopted at the Congress.
One of them is the organization of Parakurash competitions.
Nowadays new rules of Kurash are being developed for the Paralympic system.
These days, several test exercises were conducted based on these rules.
Dialogues with experienced Kurash experts and industry specialists were organized.
Yesterday, a meeting was held with IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri and Deputy Chairman of the Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khasanov. Agreements were reached on the inclusion of Parakurash contests in the 2025 Para-Asian Youth Games to be held in Tashkent.
This point will be thoroughly discussed at the IKA Congress. The rules of parakurash are expected to be approved.
