We are excited to announce that the 9th World Cadets and Juniors Championships and the 3rd World Veterans Championships will take place in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, from December 2 to 8. This event holds significant prestige for athletes and the sport of Kurash, serving as a platform to enhance professional recognition and foster high-level competition alongside its historical

Noteworthy to say that the last Cadets and Juniors Championships occurred in 2016 in Kerala, India.
– The last World Veterans Championship was held in 2007 in Termez, Uzbekistan.
Participation In light of the unique nature of these competitions:
– The International Kurash Association will permit 2 athletes from each weight category in the Cadets and Juniors Championships.
– The previous restrictions on veteran competitions have been lifted, allowing for broader participation among veteran athletes with no limitations on the number of entries.

This championship is set to create an atmosphere of excitement and high spirits among Kurash fans, with competitors showcasing their skills and dedication on an international stage.

Cadets:
2009-2010 (14-15 years old)
Boys: 38, 42, 46, 50, 55, 60, 65, 71, 77, 83, +83 kg.
Girls: 33, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 57, 63, +63 kg.
Competition time:
Boys: 3 min.
Girls: 2 minutes.

Juniors:
2007-2008 (16-17 years old).
Boys: 42, 46, 50, 55, 60, 65, 71, 77, 83, 90, +90 kg.
Girls: 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 57, 63, 70, +70 kg.
Competition time:
Boys: 4 minutes.
Girls: 3 minutes

Veterans:
Age category 36-45, 46-55, 56-60, 61-65 years and older)
Weight: – 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, +95 kg.
Competition time:
35-56 years – 3 minutes.
Over 56 years old – 2 minutes.
