We reported that several films were shot in collaboration with the Fight Academy, which specializes in the study and popularization of Martial Arts, and the International Kurash Association.
First, a film was shown on air dedicated to the training of the Uzbekistan national Kurash team.
Now it’s the turn of the old and modern city of Samarkand. In the film, the creative team led by Muhammad Zoubi talks about the beautiful landscapes of Samarkand, the intersection of the Great Silk Road through the territory of Samarkand, the exchange of cultures and, of course, Kurash.
The film reflects the development of Kurash along the Great Silk Road, historical discoveries, training of the great commander Amir Temur’s warriors in Kurash, and the widespread development of Kurash throughout the world.
The creators of the film, accompanied by the Executive Director of the Kurash Federation of the Samarkand region, IKA referee Ibrahim Karimov, will witness the process of training Kurash athletes of the Samarkand region. They will organize a trip to the sights of the city and taste national dishes.
