Online education has become an integral part of our lives today. Therefore, in order to make studying Kurash more convenient and effective on a global scale, the International Kurash Institute has created a special online training course.
The 3-month course was developed by professors and teachers of the International Kurash Institute and specialists with many years of experience in Kurash.
The 3-month training course, organized under the leadership of the International Kurash Association in cooperation with the International Kurash Institute, the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports and the Kurash Federation of Uzbekistan, is being held for the second time this year.
More than 20 Kurash specialists from India, Iran, Indonesia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Chinese Taipei, and Uzbekistan took part in the online classes, which were held from June 1 to August 15.
Today, the official opening ceremony of the end of this training course and week-long practice was held in the conference hall of the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports.
IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri, Head of the IKA Administration Mansur Mirzaev, Rector of Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports Rashid Matkarimov, Vice-Rector of Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports Sherzod Mirzanov, Rector of the International Kurash Institute Khabibulla Tadjiev, First Deputy Chairman of the Kurash Federation of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Kadirov, course participants, teachers, Kurash experts and media representatives took part in the event.
Speaking at the meeting, Rector of Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports Rashid Matkarimov expressed satisfaction with seeing all the participants in the homeland of Kurash.
He noted that the International seminar of Kurash specialists, held jointly with the university, serves as an important school of experience not only for foreign Kurash coaches, but also for the university’s teachers and coaches.
It was also reported that more than a thousand students are studying Kurash at the university, and that they are always ready to cooperate in organizing International seminars in the future. After that, IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri gave a speech and gave a brief information about the importance of the course and the lessons that need to be taught.
In the online part of the course, participants were provided with all the information on coaching and refereeing in Kurash based on video guides for 3 months, – said the IKA General Secretary.
Now they will consolidate this knowledge in practical classes during the week, and at the end they will pass the exam for the International certificate and IKA license.
Rector of the International Kurash Institute Khabibulla Tadjiev spoke at the meeting and expressed gratitude to all the participants and organizations that collaborated in organizing the seminar.
Practical classes are held during the week in the Kurash hall of the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports.
For information: the first stage of the online course was held in January-April this year, and the week-long practice was held from April 20-27. More than 30 specialists from 15 countries took part in it.
