Astana, Kazakhstan will host the World Nomad Games for the first time in its history. More than 3,000 participants from more than 100 countries are expected to attend this huge ethnosport festival.
The organizing committee of the 5th World Nomad Games, the government of Kazakhstan has been making extensive preparations in order to organize and hold the games at the highest level.

Men will test their skills in 5 weight categories: -60, -66, -73, -81 and +100 kg, women -57, -70, -87 kg.
The Kurash competitions of the 5th World Nomad Games by the International Kurash Association are included in the IKA ranking system, and the winners and runners-up can also earn ranking points.
The matches will be held at the Alau sports complex in Astana.
