During the visit, a meeting was organized with IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri and IKA Administration Head Mansur Mirzaev.
At the meeting, IKA General Secretary Mohammad Reza Nassiri informed Dr. Prashant about the technical and tactical aspects of Kurash and the activities of the International Kurash Association.
Prashant Nair: A film actor is required not only to know how to perform a role perfectly, but also to be physically fit at all times. It is also good for our health. I think it is also necessary for the quality of the films we perform.
I have been studying Kurash from my mentor Rajan Varghese for several years now. Compared to other sports, Kurash is distinguished by its nobility, humanity and low-injury aspects. I intend to do Kurash related projects in my future career and life.
It is a great honor for us to participate in a great Kurash match in Uzbekistan with my brother Dr. Ram Pradeep and my sister Dr. Vidya. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Reza Nassiri and Mansur Mirzaev for their warm welcome.
