The long-awaited, exciting moment for Kurash fans has come.
The XIV World Senior Kurash Championship has started.
In the sports complex ”Basha Bash”, to the applause of about 5,000 fans, athletes go to the Gilam.
Today, according to the championship program, men will compete in the weight categories -90 kg, -100 kg, +100 kg, and women -48 kg, -52 kg, -57 kg and -63 kg.
The referees of the competition will be 25 of the most experienced judges of the international Kurash Association. They are assisted by 15 participants of the examination for the referee star of 2-3 levels.
Currently, the qualification competitions are continuing.
