The city of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan will host the largest World Championship in Kurash history.
On November 9, online registration for the World Cup was suspended. According to the IKA Registration system, more than 400 participants have registered to participate in the Kurash holiday.
Currently, the organizing committee is working on the registration of participants’ visas.
The Government of Turkmenistan is providing online visas for all participants. It is possible to get visas free of charge at the border or at the airport.
The next Congress of the International Kurash Association, the meeting of the Management Committee and elections are planned to be held within the championship.
Traditionally, seminars and exams are also going to be held for Kurash coaches and referees.
