Today, July 26, was the first day of the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games TD meeting at the Grand Parkray Hotel, Hangzhou. All senior staff of HAGOC were present, and Mr Haider Farman, Asian Games Director, ran the meeting.
Technical Directors of 40 Sports were present, including Kurash, Mr Ziyoviddin Khodjiniyazov, IKA Vice President on International Collaboration and Games, and Reza Nassiri, IKA General, who will have the last task as TD for the Games, attended the meeting on behalf of IKA.
Over 12000 athletes from 40 sports took part in 483 events; HAGOC gave complete detailed reports regarding athletes’ entries, ITOs registration, ITOs accommodations, ITOs Pre validation accreditation cards, ITOs arrival and departure, ITOs Uniforms, ITOs Meals, ITOs Medical and Insurance and all general matters related to ITOs.
The final Memorandum of Kurash for the 19th Asian Games was signed during the signing ceremony, and the Group photo was taken at the end; tomorrow, 27/07/2023, the second stage of the meeting will take place.
