The capital of the homeland of kurash is hosting another important kurash week. On March 12th-22nd, in cooperation with the International Kurash Association and the International Kurash Institute, an international seminar of kurash coaches and exams for the B license will be held.
Today, on the first day of the seminar, the day was filled with events and meetings. The agenda is tight, therefore, the international experts are not wasting time even during their breaks.
At the first half of the day, a video and practical demonstration of the techniques and tactics of the 1st group of kurash methods was held through the IKA E Kurash platform. This event took place at the sports complex of the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan.
According to Mr. Reza Nassiri, General Secretary of IKA, Technical Director and Chief Expert of the seminar, there are 4 technical movements in the lateral method. If the athlete is a professional, many more technical movements can be performed. It is only necessary to work more on this method.
More than 30 trainers from about 15 countries are participating in the seminar in Tashkent.
The most experienced coaches of the International Kurash Institute are involved. Among them are kurash world champions, winners of international tournaments and scientific researchers of kurash.
Vice-President of IKA, Rector of UzJMCU Professor Sherzodkhan Kudratkhoja, who opened the ceremony, said that the Tashkent seminar will serve as a great learning experience for the participants of the seminar. In this regard, all organizational and educational processes have been implemented.
