Sunday 26 Feb 2023 the last day of the two seminars where the referees gathered and went into an intense course on refereeing matters taught by Reza Nassiri IKA Technical Director with the presence of Italian kurash Federation president and Technical Director of Italian kurash Federation Massimo Mattioli. This class was taught on the the interactive method and all participants were pleased and gained deep knowledge of Kurash Rules, it’s important to note that the new rules implemented in the last congress in India was fully explained, Mr.Manaur Mirzaev Head of IKA Administration also attended the course. After the refereeing seminar the IKF took national exams on referencing and coaching from participants.
