Less than a year has passed since the Kurash Federation was established in Egypt. We set very big goals for ourselves. However, it is true that we don’t know where to start working.
With the support of the African Kurash Union and the International Kurash Association, Kurash Federation was established in Egypt.
At the World Championships in India, Egyptian athletes also had the opportunity to test their strength. At the IKA Congress, the Egyptian Kurash Federation officially became a member of the worldwide Kurash family.
At the end of the year, Egyptian specialists also successfully participated in the International kurash seminar and the International kurash tournament, which were organized in Congo Brazzaville.
In this seminar we received important and necessary information. Personally, I took courses in refereeing and coaching at this seminar.
First of all I would like to thank the organizers for their support of kurash all over the world, especially for the help provided by the seminars on coaching and refereeing on kurash.
I also express my gratitude to professor, senior expert of the International Kurash Institute Mr. Vahid who shared his knowledge and work with us during the seminar.
He’s a real professional. He made a great effort to tell us everything about kurash in a very simple way to improve our knowledge.
Mr. Vahid conveyed to the seminar participants all the information related to refereeing and coaching in a very simple and understandable way. We have gained a lot of knowledge that we can make fair decisions in refereeing, express an opinion on the circumstances.
I believe that the conducted seminar is of great importance for us at the upcoming 2023 African Championship and the International kurash seminar in Egypt.
