Kurash in the Congo central stadiums

As we reported earlier, many kurash events are held by the Congolese Kurash Federation this October.
In cooperation with the Ministry of sports of the country, the National Olympic Committee and the Congo Kurash Federation, events dedicated to the promotion of kurash in the Central stadiums and visual performances were organized.
The events that started in the capital of the country continued in the regions and were organized in the form of training seminars of kurash referees and coaches.
On October 23 at the Central stadium of the Noire province, the country’s Open Senior Championship in the absolute weight category was held.
The championship was attended by officials and leaders of Congolese sports organizations, the Mayor’s Office of Noire province and the most distinguished athletes who visited from all parts of the country.
The Congolese Kurash Federation says: from year to year, interest in kurash sports is growing in the Congo. In previous years, competitions were held in closed sports venues, while now kurash competitions are held in Central stadiums. Various cultural events are also organized during the competitions.
At the end of the Championship, the winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes by the organizers.
