In October and November of this year, qualifying championships for participants of the National Championship will be held in Afghanistan.
On October 7-8 one of these competitions took place in the Baghlan province of Afghanistan.
More than 250 athletes took part in the regional championship among youth and adults.
Another important aspect of the championship is that about one thousand local spectators attended this qualifying championship.
Due to the fact that the sports complex that held championship was not designed for such a large number of spectators, many fans watched the competitions, going out to the windows and roof of the sports complex.
According to the information of the Kurash Federation of Afghanistan, referee examinations for judges of the Kurash Federation of Baghlan province were also organized during the championship.
