The 56 Official Techniques of Kurash were explained in 7 Groups of Yonbosh, KutaribTashlash, Cheel,Supurma,Yuklama,Yelka and Kushsha as well as the Principaals .
Day 3 and 4 will be the grading syllabus with people expected to be near the 200 Participants.
