A general meeting was held today at the headquarters of the International Kurash Association under the leadership of IKA Vice-President Ziyoviddin Khodjiniyazov.
General Secretary of IKA Muhammad Reza Nassiri, Head of IKA Administration Mansur Mirzaev and staff of IKA Administration took part in the meeting.
The main issue of the meeting was dedicated to internal discipline of IKA staff, further improvement of staff performance, analysis of plans and reports.
The Vice-President of IKA announced that a new internal procedure Regulation has been developed for all employees and that their activities will be monitored based on the requirements of this Regulation.
The exact period of the assigned tasks gave the appropriate instructions to eliminate the shortcomings and mistakes that could be made during the foreign trips.
During the meeting, IKA Legal Consul Dilmurod Khakimov read out the draft of the new Regulations.
Issues related to IKA employees’ compliance with relevant visa and travel documents and protocol requirements were discussed.
