The year-end review was held at the International Kurash Institute.
This year, the institute held many offline seminars, workshops and training sessions aimed at training highly qualified coaches and referees. These events have contributed significantly to the development of Kurash, and serve for its wide popularity in the world.
Yesterday, the meeting held at the International Kurash Institute focused on the achievements of the last year and a new three-month online course project on coaching and refereeing. General Secretary of IKA, Mohammad Reza Nassiri, Rector of IKI, Khabibulla Tadjiev, Head of IKA Administration, Mansur Mirzaev, Deputy rector for IKI Educational and Scientific Affairs, Komil Mukhammadiev, Head of IKI Educational Department, international referee Kim Eur Joong and other IKI experts took part in the meeting.
Major issues related to the project’s execution were discussed at the meeting. The new online course on Kurash is aimed at improving International Kurash Federation’s coaches and referees qualifications, as well as to train new professionals interested in this field. Course participants are offered a convenient learning format in terms of time and place, which allows them deeply learn the material. This course, which includes educational modules in several areas, allows to use interactive lessons and practice tests in a high-quality educational format to strengthen theoretical and practical knowledge. All participants who have successfully completed the course will be certified with an international certificate that determines the quality of education. This project is aimed at spreading popularity of Kurash globally, attracting young people and professionals from all over the world.
