The Pan-American Kurash Union held an international kurash week in the Dominican Republic in the month of June this year.
Within the framework of the weekly Pan American Continental Kurash Championship, an international seminar on coaching and refereeing, an exhibition and competition of kurash works, as well as continental championships in beach kurash were organized.
With the support of the International Kurash Association, in partnership with the International Kurash Institute, the Pan-American Kurash Union will organize the largest Kurash seminars in December 2022 in two stages.
In particular, on December 8-15, 2022 international seminars on refereeing and coaching for South American Kurash federations will be held in the capital of the Dominican Republic – Santa Domingo.
Also on December 15-19, 2022 in cooperation with the Kurash Federation of the USA, an international seminar on Kurash will be held in Durham, North Carolina, USA.
The rules of Kurash, the methodology of techniques ( 7 Groups of Usul ) , the refereeing Rules and regulations in Kurash competitions, evaluation and warning procedures will be conducted on the basis of practical and theoretical training by experienced specialists of the International Institute of Kurash and the International Kurash Association.
